This salad looks really good on a plate, and the combination of flavours will surprise you. Just imagine that: creamy burrata cheese, sweet grapes, juicy tomatoes and salty prosciutto. Everything finished with aromatic basil and the best olive oil, served with toasted ciabatta. In my opinion tomatoes and burrata cheese are a great combination that can\u2019t be missed in the summer months.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color:#c69f74\" class=\"has-inline-color\">How to eat burrata cheese?&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Burrata is a cheese made of cow's or buffalo's milk that comes from the Apulia region in southern Italy. The outer layer resembles mozzarella, but the centre is filled with cream and chunks of cheese. Burrata is soft and delicate, it tastes like cream. On its own, it may taste a bit bland, but when combined with tomatoes and olive oil, it tastes delicious! Interestingly, burrata cheese can be also served sweet with fruits. Nowadays, this delicious Italian cheese is becoming more and more popular, which makes me very happy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color:#c69f73\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Salad with burrata and tomatoes - how to serve?<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Ta szybka sa\u0142atka z pomidor\u00f3w i sera to dobry pomys\u0142 na szybki lunch, kolacj\u0119 czy cho\u0107by \u015bniadanie. Sprawdzi si\u0119 r\u00f3wnie\u017c jako dodatek na grilla lub spotkanie ze znajomymi. Wystarczy, \u017ce&nbsp; przygotujecie podw\u00f3jn\u0105 porcj\u0119 na du\u017cym p\u00f3\u0142misku i podzielicie ser na kilka mniejszych cz\u0119\u015bci. Dodatkowo mo\u017cecie doda\u0107 gar\u015b\u0107 roszponki lub rukoli.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">If you have trouble buying burrata cheese, you can eventually replace it with mozzarella, but be warned it won't be the same. The best part of the salad is this delicate, creamy cheese.
