They\u2019ll soften a little bit when kept in room temperature for long. Once ready store the bars in an airtight food container in the fridge for 4-5 days.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"bezglutenowe-batony-owsiane-z-czekolada-przygotowanie\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#c69f74\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Oat bars - preparation<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To prepare the bars, you need oatmeal (instant, gluten-free), cashew butter, ground almonds, dates, chocolate and sea salt flakes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I used a mixture of milk and dark chocolate because not everyone in our family likes dark chocolate as much as I do. The addition of milk chocolate, unfortunately, means an increased amount of sugar and calories. Any type of chocolate will work here, therefore choose what is the most convenient.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you don't have cashew butter at home, replace it with peanut butter, which is a cheaper and easily accessible option. However, keep in mind that this will slightly change the taste of your bars.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sea salt flakes are optional and can be omitted.
