Asparagus have a relatively short\u00a0season, so\u00a0make the most of\u00a0them\u00a0with this crave-worthy seasonal salad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color:#c69f73\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Salad with asparagus and eggs - ingredients&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Eggs - I suggest serving one egg per portion, but feel free to add more. Cook them the way you like best soft, semi-hard or hard. I like the semi-hard ones the most, it\u2019s not always easy to cook them perfectly, though! :)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Asparagus - I like to roast them in the oven with a little butter and a pinch of salt. If you haven't tried the roasted asparagus before, I highly recommend them, they are delicious! In this recipe I prepare them this way, so you can give it a go.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Smoked bacon - from time to time I bake asparagus wrapped in a thin slice of smoked bacon, this time I served it as an addition to the salad. If you want to prepare a vegetarian dish or reduce calories, skip it. The salad will taste great anyway.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Halloumi cheese - I recommend serving two thin slices per serving, but as always, feel free to adjust the amount to your preferences.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Greens- lamb's lettuce, arugula, spinach or any lettuce or a mix of young leaves will work fine here.
