The tartness of rhubarb pairs perfectly with the sweetness of seasonal strawberries, creating a refreshing, healthy, and completely plant-based treat. It\u2019s a true sign that summer is on the way \u2013 and we\u2019re always looking forward to it! I love using rhubarb in healthier bakes and desserts. What about you \u2013 are you fans of its distinctive tart flavor? For me, it\u2019s the taste of childhood \u2013 I still remember dipping the stalks in sugar and snacking on them straight from the garden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"koktajl-z-rabarbaru-jak-przygotowac\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#c69f73\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Rhubarb smoothie - how to prepare?\u00a0<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It tastes best fresh, so I don\u2019t recommend making it far in advance. However, if you\u2019re short on time, you can wash and chop the rhubarb and strawberries ahead of time, then blending will take just a few minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add cold almond milk straight from the fridge \u2013 this way, your smoothie will be nicely chilled. You can easily swap almond milk for any other plant-based milk, like oat or soy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you use sweet, seasonal strawberries, one tablespoon of brown sugar might be enough. Give it a taste and add more if needed.
