Alongside carrot cake, it's my favourite fool-proof recipe that always turns out perfectly.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This delicious courgette cake is not overly sweet. In my opinion, it\u2019s just right. However, if you prefer very sweet cakes, feel free to increase the amount of sugar. You can serve your cake sprinkled with powdered sugar or with a chocolate glaze. Keep in mind that this will increase the number of calories. This cake is also delicious without any additions!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"czekoladowe-ciasto-z-cukinii-przygotowanie\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#c69f74\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Chocolate courgette cake - preparation<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All ingredients should be at room temperature.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take your time and beat the eggs thoroughly until they are fluffy.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sift all dry ingredients before adding them to the batter.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grate your courgette, if it\u2019s large and overgrown, remove the seeds first.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bake the cake for about 60 minutes.
