This makes it an excellent option for those seeking lower-calorie alternatives. Moreover, cottage cheese and natural yoghur add an extra boost of protein to our salad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Using panko breadcrumbs for chicken is an excellent method to achieve a crispy texture without the need for frying.
