Ingredients
⅔cup almond flour (80 g)
⅔cup instant oats (70 g)(gluten-free)
⅓cup dates (65 g)
⅓cup cashew butter (100 g)
50gdark chocolate(80% cacao)
50gmilk chocolate
Instructions
Soak the dates in warm water for 10 minutes.
In a food processor add the drained dates, almond flour and cashew butter, blend until the mixture is fully combined. Transfer the mixture into a bowl, add the oats and mix until incorporated.
Press the prepared mixture into the bottom of the food container (14cm x 14cm) and set it aside.
Melt the chocolate (dark and milk) using the microwave or double boiler method. Pour it over the previously prepared bottom. After a few minutes, sprinkle with the salt flakes.
Place your bars into the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!
