Home-made hot chocolate

When the temperature outside drops, the thought of a cup of hot chocolate becomes increasingly tempting.

Ingredients
  

  • 300 ml milk 3,5%
  • 200 ml cream 12%
  • 100 g dark chocolate 80%
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup/honey

Instructions
 

  • Chop the dark chocolate.
  • Heat the milk and cream in a small pot until it comes to a boil. Then add the chopped chocolate and maple syrup. Stir until the chocolate has completely melted.
  • Pour the hot chocolate into small mugs or cups. Serve with a topping of your choice, such as whipped cream.
