1tbsp maple syrup/honey
Instructions
Chop the dark chocolate.
Heat the milk and cream in a small pot until it comes to a boil. Then add the chopped chocolate and maple syrup. Stir until the chocolate has completely melted.
Pour the hot chocolate into small mugs or cups. Serve with a topping of your choice, such as whipped cream.
