How to make a delicious green smoothie with coconut water?

Ingredients
  

  • 1 avocado
  • ½ banana
  • ½ apples
  • handful of spinach
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 400 ml coconut water (or water)

Instructions
 

  • Peel the banana, peel the avocado and remove the seed, remove the apple core. Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until silky smooth. Serve right away. Enjoy!
