Avocado, berry and collagen smoothie

An avocado smoothie is not only delicious but also packed with nutritious ingredients to kickstart your day.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ avocado
  • ½ banana
  • 30 g WPC protein powder (vanilla flavour)
  • 50 g wild blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • daily serving of collagen powder * (optional)
  • 200 ml water (or more)

Instructions
 

  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and peel off the skin. Peel the banana and cut it into pieces. If you're using frozen berries, there's no need to thaw them, if fresh, wash them thoroughly.
  • Add the avocado, banana, berries, protein powder, collagen powder, and water into a blender.
  • Blend everything until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more water to achieve the desired consistency.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve. Enjoy!
