A delicious rhubarb smoothie that uses only four easily accessible ingredients!

100grhubarb
200gstrawberries
200mlalmond milk
1-2tbsp cane sugar
Instructions
Wash the rhubarb stalks thoroughly and cut them into small pieces. Transfer them to a small saucepan with a little water (just enough not to stick to the bottom). Simmer until tender for about 5 minutes. Set them aside for a few minutes.
In the meantime, wash the strawberries, remove the stalks and cut them into smaller pieces.
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend to obtain the creamy smoothie. Enjoy!
Notes
If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk and adjust to your liking.
