Roasted corn with garlic butter

Roasted corn with aromatic garlic butter and fresh parsley.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 sweet corns on the cob
  • 60 g butter
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (or more)
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C or prepare a charcoal grill.
  • Remove the husks and silk from the ears of corn, thoroughly cleaning them.
  • In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with the crushed garlic clove and chopped parsley.
  • Spread the prepared garlic butter evenly over the ears of corn, then season with salt to taste.
  • Place the ears of corn in an ovenproof dish or directly on the grill.
  • If roasting in the oven, cook the corn for 25-30 minutes, turning the ears once halfway through the cooking time. If using a grill, grill the corn for about 20-25 minutes, turning regularly to ensure even browning.
  • Remove the corn from the oven or grill and serve hot. Enjoy!
