Preheat the oven to 180°C or prepare a charcoal grill.
Remove the husks and silk from the ears of corn, thoroughly cleaning them.
In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with the crushed garlic clove and chopped parsley.
Spread the prepared garlic butter evenly over the ears of corn, then season with salt to taste.
Place the ears of corn in an ovenproof dish or directly on the grill.
If roasting in the oven, cook the corn for 25-30 minutes, turning the ears once halfway through the cooking time. If using a grill, grill the corn for about 20-25 minutes, turning regularly to ensure even browning.
Remove the corn from the oven or grill and serve hot. Enjoy!
