Baked oats with chocolate and cherries
A nutritious, gluten-free breakfast that is simply delicious.

Ingredients
½
cup rolled oats
(gluten-free)
½
cup instant oats
(gluten-free)
1
cup plant milk
handful of cherries
30
g
chocolate
(dark or milk)
1
tbsp cane sugar
1
tsp vanilla extract
salt to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a baking dish, combine the oatmeal, milk, sugar, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
Wash the cherries and remove the stones. Place them on top of prepared oatmeal, pressing it gently. Sprinkle the chocolate pieces on top.
Bake your oats for about 25-30 minutes. Serve cold or warm. Enjoy!
