Baked oats with chocolate and cherries

 A nutritious, gluten-free breakfast that is simply delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats (gluten-free)
  • ½ cup instant oats (gluten-free)
  • 1 cup plant milk
  • handful of cherries
  • 30 g chocolate (dark or milk)
  • 1 tbsp cane sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a baking dish, combine the oatmeal, milk, sugar, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  • Wash the cherries and remove the stones. Place them on top of prepared oatmeal, pressing it gently. Sprinkle the chocolate pieces on top.
  • Bake your oats for about 25-30 minutes. Serve cold or warm. Enjoy!
