Ingredients
300gshort-grain rice *
700mlwater
500mlmilk
3tbsp sugar (for fruits + for sprinkling)
1tbsp butter
1tsp vanilla extract
¼tsp salt
Instructions
Rinse the rice and put it into a pot with a thick bottom. Pour in the water and simmer, stirring frequently, until the rice has completely absorbed the water.
Pour in the milk and vanilla extract. Then add the sugar and simmer, stirring frequently, for about 30-35 minutes or until the desired consistency is obtained.
When the rice is soft, add a tablespoon of butter and salt. Mix thoroughly. Serve with your favourite toppings. Enjoy!

*Choose certified gluten-free rice, then you can be sure it hasn’t been contaminated with gluten.
