Salad with rice and eggs | Gluten-free recipe

A delicious, light salad made from a few simple ingredients in less than half an hour.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g ham
  • 200 g rice
  • 3-4 small cucumbers
  • 5 eggs (hard-boiled)
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 2 tbsp mayonaise
  • handful of chives
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Rinse with cold water and set aside.
  • Cut the ham and cucumbers into small cubes.
  • Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them into small cubes.
  • Grate the radish using a grater.
  • In a large bowl, combine all previously prepared ingredients: boiled rice, ham, cucumbers, eggs, and grated radish.
  • Add the chopped chives and mayonnaise to the bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly. Enjoy your meal!
