Ingredients
300gtomatoes
100gred grapes
70gprosciutto
1burrata
½large ciabbata
2tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
fresh basil for decoration
Instructions
Cut the tomatoes and grapes into halves. If your tomatoes are large, cut them into quarters or smaller pieces. Transfer to two plates.
Drain the burrata cheese, cut it in half and place it in the centre between the tomatoes and grapes. Tear thin slices of prosciutto and add to the rest of the ingredients.
Toast the ciabatta slices in the oven or on the grill until they are crispy.
Finely chop a few basil leaves and mix them with olive oil. Drizzle the basil olive oil over the salads and serve with crispy ciabatta and basil leaves. Enjoy!
Notes
You can serve the salad using one large plate with the whole burrata or two smaller plates and divide it in half.
Additionally, you can add a handful of lamb's lettuce or arugula.
