(or dried)
pinch of black pepper
Instructions
Squeeze the juice from the oranges and lemon — ideally, keep some pulp in it.
Add the prepared ginger (preferably finely grated), turmeric, and a generous pinch of freshly ground black pepper.
Mix everything thoroughly so the ingredients combine well, and pour into clean, sterilized bottles.
Store the ready shots in the fridge.
Remember to shake the bottle before each serving, as the spices and pulp naturally settle at the bottom.
