Baked breakfast wrap with egg and chorizo

A delicious meal made with eggs, chorizo, smoked cheese, and veggies all wrapped into a delicious, crispy package.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large flour wraps 
  • 4 slices of smoked cheese
  • scrambled eggs (from 4 eggs)
  • ½ red pepper
  • ½ chorizo (few slices)
  • handful of lamb's lettuce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Cut the red pepper into long strips, chorizo into thin slices.

  • Assemble your wraps by placing the cheese, scrambled eggs, red pepper, chorizo, and lamb lettuce on the centre of each wrap (divide all the ingredients between four wraps). Roll them tightly and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
