Ingredients
300gstale baked goods(e.g. 2 rolls and 2 croissants)
150mlmilk
2eggs
2tbsp melted butter
2tbsp sugar (for fruits + for sprinkling)
2apples
2handful of fresh cranberries
1tsp cinnamon
1tsp vanilla extract(optional)
salt to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Using a kitchen whisk, combine the eggs, milk, butter, tablespoon of sugar, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract. Set aside.
Slice the baked goods into medium-sized cubes, peel the apples and cut them into smaller pieces, wash the cranberries and leave them whole.
In a large bowl, mix the bakery, egg mixture, apples, and cranberries. Transfer everything to a baking dish (lightly greased with butter) and sprinkle the remaining tablespoon of sugar on top.
Bake for about 40-45 minutes or until the top is crispy. Enjoy!
