30gbrie cheese
50gmini mozzarella
handful of baby tomatoes
few dried tomatoes(in olive oil)
few basil leaves
pinch of oregano
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half, then thoroughly drain the sun-dried tomatoes from the olive oil and chop them into smaller pieces. Drain the mozzarella cheese and cut the Brie into large cubes. Place the prepared ingredients into a medium-sized, heat-resistant dish and add a few fresh basil leaves.
Crack the eggs into a large bowl, add oregano, a pinch of salt, and black pepper. Mix everything thoroughly until you achieve a uniform mixture.
Pour the egg mixture over the previously prepared ingredients and bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set. Serve warm or cold. Enjoy your meal!
