Hot-smoked salmon mixed with creamy cheese, a bit of red onion, sweet corn, and chives, on a slice of sourdough rye bread.

Ingredients
  

  • 125 g smoked salmon (hot-smoked)
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • ¼ small red onion
  • 3 tbsp sweet corn
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place the smoked salmon in a bowl (ensuring it's free of bones and scales) and thoroughly mash it with a fork.
  • Add the cream cheese, corn, finely chopped onion, and chives. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve the prepared spread with good quality bread (e.g. sourdough rye) or wrap it in a wholegrain tortilla (you can briefly toast it in a dry pan). Enjoy!
