Ingredients
125gsmoked salmon(hot-smoked)
100gcream cheese
¼small red onion
3tbsp sweet corn
1tbsp chopped chives
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
Instructions
Place the smoked salmon in a bowl (ensuring it's free of bones and scales) and thoroughly mash it with a fork.
Add the cream cheese, corn, finely chopped onion, and chives. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the prepared spread with good quality bread (e.g. sourdough rye) or wrap it in a wholegrain tortilla (you can briefly toast it in a dry pan). Enjoy!
