Chocolate pudding with avocado (protein)

This creamy, chocolate pudding is perfect for healthy breakfast!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 40 g whey protein powder (chocolate flavour)
  • 85 ml milk or water
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed. Peel both, avocado and banana, cut into smaller pieces.
  • Add all the ingredients into a blender/food processor and blend until silky smooth.

Notes

  • In this recipe, you can use frozen avocado (about 100g).
  • You can adjust the thickness by adding more/less milk.
