Today, I have an intensely chocolatey brownie made with black beans for you. It’s sweet and moist, and its texture is almost indistinguishable from traditional brownies. It’s a perfect choice for those on a gluten-free diet, as it’s made without any wheat flour. If you’re wondering what delicious treat to bake, this recipe won’t let you down!
I’ve baked many gluten-free brownies with various ingredients, but I believe this recipe is the best. It tastes most like classic brownies. One of the main ingredients is black beans, which become completely undetectable once baked but give the cake its ideal moist texture. The brownies are rich in chocolate flavour with a subtle bitterness from the dark chocolate. If you prefer, use only milk chocolate, but keep in mind that using only milk chocolate will make the brownie way sweeter.
Making these brownies is really easy and quick – it takes about 25 minutes, and the oven will do the rest. I recommend using a 20 cm x 20 cm pan to get the perfect thickness. Just be sure not to bake the brownies too long so they stay moist and soft in the middle.
