Ingredients
- 3 chicken breast (single)
- 250 g cream cheese
- 120 ml cream (18%)
- 150 g spinach
- 1 small garlic clove
- pinch of nutmeg
- salt to taste

- grated Parmesan or Grana Padano cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180℃.
- Slice the chicken breasts in half crosswise, then halve the thicker part again to achieve two pieces of similar thickness. If any piece is significantly thicker, tenderise it gently with a meat mallet.
- Finely chop the washed spinach and set it aside.
