Today’s recipe is a quick pumpkin smoothie inspired by the best autumn flavours. This simple, dairy-free recipe uses only a few ingredients and can be whipped up in a few minutes. Made with pumpkin puree, banana, almond milk, seasoned with cinnamon, and nutmeg tastes almost like a pumpkin pie.
This easy pumpkin smoothie is a great way to use up any leftover pumpkin puree you have in your fridge. You can use store-bought or home-made pumpkin puree, both are perfect for this recipe. Also, choose the overripe dotted banana so it won’t go to waste.
How to make and serve pumpkin smoothie?
To make this recipe, simply add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Yes, as simple as any other smoothie recipe. ?
This pumpkin smoothie is best when served fresh, so I don’t recommend preparing it ahead of time. But the good information is that you can make it in almost no time.
Feel free to adjust the thickness of your smoothie by adding more/less almond milk.
If you're a fan of healthy drinks, I have one more recipe for you: Green smoothie with coconut water.
