Strawberry matcha latte

Almost everyone knows the classic matcha latte by now, but if you add some juicy, sweet strawberries, even the biggest fans of this healthy drink might be surprised. This combination not only looks beautiful (those layers are impressive!) but also tastes great – light and refreshing. The strawberries add natural sweetness and a fruity note that balances the slightly bitter taste of matcha.

Thanks to using ripe, sweet strawberries, there's no need to add sugar or other sweeteners. This matcha is a perfect alternative to your morning coffee – it gives you a steady energy boost without sudden spikes and crashes.

Matcha is a powdered Japanese green tea made from specially grown and processed tea leaves. Before harvesting, the plants are shaded to increase the level of chlorophyll and L-theanine, an amino acid that promotes relaxation and supports focus.
As a result, matcha has a unique, slightly grassy flavour.
Unlike regular green tea, when you drink matcha, you're consuming the whole leaf in powdered form, which means you're getting much more antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. That’s why matcha has earned its "superfood" status and is so popular among people who care about a healthy lifestyle.

Matcha in this version is not only a delicious drink, but also a real health booster. Matcha contains much more antioxidants than traditional green tea, including catechins, which help fight free radicals and protect cells from damage. Strawberries, on the other hand, are a great source of vitamin C, which supports the immune system and improves skin health.
