Homemade burgers are really quick to make. And once you get the hang of it, it’s pretty easy too! Just remember a few important tips when making your delicious, juicy patties. You can fry your burgers on a frying pan, an electric grill or an outdoor grill. Choose what’s the most convenient.

Tips for the best beef burgers

  • Choose the right meat. The best beef for burgers should contain about 15-20 per cent of fat. It makes a difference, as fat provides moisture and flavour.
  • Use cold meat from the fridge, don’t warm it up to room temperature.
  • Don’t overwork the meat, gently combine all the ingredients.
  • Don’t overcook the meat, so your burgers remain juicy and tender.

Follow these few simple steps, and you'll master homemade burgers! 🙂 Assemble burgers using your favourite rolls, some fresh veggies, cheese, and bacon.
