Oven-baked wings are a healthier option than deep-fried wings, so it’s definitely worth trying. During the summer season, you can make them using an outdoor grill for some extra smoky flavour. Lemon juice and maple syrup marinade spiced up with hot mustard is a delicious combination. It’s a guarantee of crispy chicken skin and juicy meat. You can't go wrong here!
