How often do you prepare a sweet breakfast? I quite often crave something sweet from the very morning. But, this is not a problem anymore! I have a delicious recipe that you can eat for breakfast without guilt. Avocado chocolate pudding made with a few healthy ingredients, that you can prepare in just a few minutes. It’s creamy, super thick and very chocolatey! It tastes like a dessert. Will you give it a go?
Chocolate pudding is a great healthy breakfast but you can also make it as a post-workout treat or a sweet dessert served with your favourite fruits. The recipe is also gluten-free.
Chocolate pudding with avocado - ingredients
- Protein powder - I used a chocolate whey protein powder. A vegan protein powder will also work here.
- Avocado - Not an avocado fan? Don't be discouraged, you won’t be able to taste it in your pudding. I recommend adding avocado as it gives a super creamy, velvety texture. You can also use a frozen avocado (about 100 g) in this recipe.
- Milk - I used regular milk, but any plant-based milk will work just fine.
- Banana - If you use a very ripe, sweet banana, adding honey may not be necessary, so taste the pudding and add a teaspoon of honey if necessary.
- Fruit - you can serve your pudding with your favourite fruits.
Note that this pudding is best fresh, so I don’t recommend making it ahead of time.
