Salad with rice and eggs | Gluten-free recipe
Ingredients
- 200 g ham
- 200 g rice
- 3-4 small cucumbers
- 5 eggs (hard-boiled)
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 2 tbsp mayonaise
- handful of chives
- salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet, then rinse it under cold water and drain it thoroughly using a sieve to remove any excess water.
- Dice the ham and cucumber into small cubes. If you prefer, you can peel the cucumber first.
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them into small cubes.
- Grate the radish using a coarse grater.
- In a large bowl, combine all the prepared ingredients: cooked rice, diced ham, cucumber, chopped eggs, and grated radish.
- Add the chopped chives and mayonnaise, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything thoroughly. Enjoy
