So what are we cooking today? This oven baked sweet corn on the cob with aromatic garlic butter and fresh parsley is the perfect idea for a delicious, quick summer snack. And it’s ready in less than 30 minutes!
If you haven’t eaten sweet corn on the cob this year, this is definitely the best moment. You might not know that, but late summer is corn time! Beautiful, fresh, yellow corns are everywhere now, so you won’t have any problem getting them.
You can prepare this delicious summer snack in less than 30 minutes with no hassle. For me, sweet corn with butter, garlic, and fresh parsley is the most delicious combination.
You might not need to use all garlic butter (I do because I love it), therefore feel free to adjust the amount of used garlic butter to your liking.
Try the recipe below and bake these delicious corns!
